What channels do you use to generate leads?
We generate leads through a mix of proven channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, cold email campaigns, and organic outreach strategies.
How are leads qualified?
Leads are generated through ad forms that include pre-qualification questions. Any invalid email addresses or phone numbers are automatically filtered out. From there, a Solar Prime advisor reviews each lead and qualifies them based on home ownership, roof condition, and utility usage.
How do you ensure the leads are high intent and not just information seekers?
Every prospect is personally contacted by a Solar Prime advisor before being qualified. Only leads who have expressed a genuine readiness to move forward with solar are passed through — ensuring you're only speaking with people who are serious about making a decision.
How do you prevent duplicate or fake leads?
Our CRM automatically filters duplicates and validates contact details, actively removing fake or invalid submissions before they ever reach your system.
How quickly are leads delivered to the system?
Verified leads are transferred in real time and become instantly available in your client portal.

Billing, Disputes & Exclusivity

Will I be able to dispute an unqualified lead? What about duplicates?
Yes. You can submit disputes directly through the client portal or by contacting us. We’ll review and replace invalid leads at no cost, subject to your plan’s terms and conditions.
What happens if a lead does not respond? Do clients still pay for those?
All prospects explicitly consent to contact. If a lead is unresponsive, you can dispute it via the client portal or by contacting us. We’ll verify and replace it at no cost if it fails qualification standards. Replacement terms depend on your plan—some include this guarantee, while single‑lead purchases do not.
Are leads exclusive or shared with multiple companies?
It depends on the tier you choose. Lower tiers may be shared, while higher tiers guarantee exclusive leads delivered only to you.
What is your lead exclusivity policy?
We offer three tiers depending on your volume needs and growth goals:

Pay Per Lead — Shared
A cost-effective way to test lead quality before scaling. Leads are shared with a maximum of 2–3 installers, with no contact minimum required. All leads are FTC-compliant and SEIA-aligned. Best for installers testing the system, expanding into a new state, or filling pipeline gaps.

Pay Per Lead — Exclusive
Zero competition, maximum conversion. Each lead is sold to one installer only — never shared, never resold. A 30-lead monthly minimum applies.

Retainer (Managed Pipeline)
Everything included in Exclusive, fully managed for you. Comes with ongoing optimization, appointment-setting (from the Growth tier and above), weekly quality reviews, and close attribution tracking at the Scale tier. Commitment terms range from 3 to 6 months depending on your selected tier.
